How do you choose the right construction or restoration team? Choosing a contractor can be a lengthy process, and for a lot of people, that process includes looking for testimonials. Testimonials, like references, are extremely useful when looking for a restoration team. They take you beyond sleek website graphics and buzzwords to show you what people really think.
Don’t Just Take Our Word for It
At Dryman, we pride ourselves on providing excellent service for our customers. We bring decades of experience to the table, and we handle some of the toughest jobs. Our team members specialize in a range of services from roofing to water removal, so no matter what kind of restoration you need, you can rest assured that you’ve got one of the most capable teams with the most relevant skills.
That said, it’s not enough that we know what we can handle. If you’re choosing a restoration company for the first time, you need to know it, too. This is your home or property, after all, and you want to make sure that it gets what it needs. You want to minimize your risk, and that’s where testimonials come in. By reading testimonials, you get honest information that comes directly from consumers like you.
Your Research Makes a Difference
After a disaster, your insurance company, plumber, or other vendor may try to pressure you into choosing a specific company. If they do, ask yourself what they’re getting out of the deal. The fact is that it’s your property, and you deserve to have a say in the matter. When push comes to shove, you’re the one who gets to choose which company you want to use. You can absolutely do your own research and compare your options yourself. Testimonials give you research tools so you can see how a company really operates.
Testimonials Reflect Our Commitment
Of course, testimonials don’t just matter to consumers. They matter to us as a company, too. We read testimonials about our company because they show us how well we’re living up to our commitment and values. Our service stands for quality, courtesy, hard work, and detail. We’re happy to report that, according to our clients, we consistently bring those values on the job.
Here and Beyond
How do you find accurate, trustworthy testimonials while you do your company research? Below, you’ll see some of the testimonials from our happy clients. Don’t stop with those testimonials, though. We also recommend looking at other sources, too. Look us up on Angie’s List and at the Better Business Bureau. This way, you can trust that you’re getting a full and accurate picture of why our clients trust us to do the work.

One of my office buildings has a kitchen that caught fire. By the time anyone realized what was happening, the fire had destroyed a good chunk of the kitchen, including a third of the back wall. It wasn’t just the fire, either. There was smoke damage, water damage, everything. We went with Dryman because we needed a “one-stop shop” kind of company. Basically, we didn’t want one set of people rebuilding the wall, another group fixing the water damage, etc. The Dryman guys got it done. I wouldn’t wish this kind of situation on anybody, but if you do ever need this kind of thing, Dryman is about as convenient as it gets.
We used Dryman for roofing after some hail damage. What I noticed was that they worked pretty fast. Not that they rushed or anything, they just did the work and knew what they were doing. The crew members were friendly. It’s been a while, and we haven’t had any problems with the roof. I’d call again.
We had roof damage to our freestanding garage after an old tree fell into it. We got rid of the tree, but the roof damage was bad enough that you could tell from inside the garage, plus water would get inside when it rained. The Dryman guys made the roof look good as new.
Dryman will show up really fast when you need them to. One of my tenants realized around six in the morning that a pipe in her house had burst. Water was pooling in the basement. I’d worked with Dryman before, but never on really short notice like this. They got out there right away.
